All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday or during weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country. These fees are not included in the order total or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Delays & Issues
While we do everything possible to get your order to you on time, occasional delays can occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, or customs clearance. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after the maximum estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can assist you.
Non-Deliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
